No Returns or Refunds

We operate on a No Return, No Refund policy. Once an order is placed and delivered, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.

We strongly encourage you to:

  • Check size charts and product details thoroughly.

Exceptions

The only exception to this policy is in the case of:

  • Wrong product delivered (different from the one you ordered).

In such cases, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing contact@mamtabharwal.com with your order ID, photos of the product, and packaging. If approved, we will arrange for a replacement.
